General Feedback
I was recently using TinyMe on an old Thinkpad iSeries. I replaced the HD, and then the laptop, and decided it was time to replace the distro as well.

Before I leave TinyMe, I'd like to share my notes on it:
- As mentioned in another thread, man pages are stripped. Also, the command-line utility "clear" appears to have been stripped. In general, it would be nice to have stripped things in optional packages.
- It would be nice if a new user was created at installation, to avoid having to create one by hand.
- Configuring automount for pcmanfm (using PolicyKit) is a pain. If a default non-root user is created automatically, this can be addressed then.
- Midori seemed unable to create an account on this forum, so I had to use Firefox. I don't know where the issue was, but it's a little embarrassing.
- I could not make Nitrogen work. As far as I could tell, my Slim themes were overriding any other background.
- The auto-login setting does not appear to be connected to Slim in any way, making it a little misleading.
- Leafpad had problems saving sometimes. Also, problems with "converting the codeset to ISO-8859-1". I apologize, but I don't recall the details.
- The Smart package manager tended to be sluggish and difficult to use. I tried several optimizations (disabling the cache, disabling psycho, various combinations), but it remained annoying.

TinyMe performed admirably on such an old computer, and considering its unstable status. I have positive memories of working with it and I hope to use it again sometime.
