RE: /w dual core, 4gb ...
What i meant by the question is will it support dual core cpus ? and as I understand theres only a 32bit version, so will it recognize my whole memory (4gb)..?
I really liked what this distro offers, and especially the openbox desktop... |

RE: /w dual core, 4gb ...
I think KDulcimer may release a 64bit version after Tinyme goes stable, I hope so myself
And I am pretty sure that TinyMe will support up to and including quad core processors ( I have noticed that the conky has 4 processor monitors, with three of them commented out). After checking smart it seems the legacy kernel only has support for up to 896 mb's of ram, but there are several other kernels available in the repo's that support 4 GB's. Finding the one that suits you and your machine is a matter of choice. For example there is the standard Unity kernel, a kernel with the bfs scheduler, a linus (vanilla) kernel, and so on.

I believe the legacy kernel does support dual core CPUs. The legacy kernel will only recognize ~880MB of RAM, but you can install a non-legacy kernel and get nearly your 4GB of RAM.
A 64 bit version of TinyMe is in the works. Please check the Release Announcement before reporting any issues! Please read the Usage Rules before posting! Check out the FAQ!
