Grub menu editing
1. Created many partitions on HD
2. Installed many Linux OS on HD using CD's burned with downloaded .iso's 3. INSTALLED TINYME LAST because it has the best Grub creation tool. 4. Used a live CD of Puppy (No problems with permissions) to edit: boot -> grub -> menu.lst found in the TinyMe partition. 5. This is what produced an elegant result: timeout 30 color black/cyan yellow/cyan gfxmenu (hd0,10)/boot/gfxmenu default 0 title linux kernel (hd0,10)/boot/vmlinuz BOOT_IMAGE=linux root=UUID=d8821585-14dc-41fd-abb7-36cef13bf592 resume=UUID=6a273cec-3bfa-4b2f-b03b-88369ccd02ce splash=silent vga=788 initrd (hd0,10)/boot/initrd.img title linux-nonfb kernel (hd0,10)/boot/vmlinuz BOOT_IMAGE=linux-nonfb root=UUID=d8821585-14dc-41fd-abb7-36cef13bf592 resume=UUID=6a273cec-3bfa-4b2f-b03b-88369ccd02ce initrd (hd0,10)/boot/initrd.img title Boot PC/OS root (hd0,3) kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.24-23-generic root=UUID=594a0874-3f38-4c26-8067-be99e1c01074 ro quiet splash initrd /boot/initrd.img-2.6.24-23-generic quiet title Boot UBUNTU root (hd0,6) kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.31-14-generic root=/dev/sda7 initrd /boot/initrd.img-2.6.31-14-generic savedefault boot title Boot MINT root (hd0,7) kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.31-14-generic root=/dev/sda8 initrd /boot/initrd.img-2.6.31-14-generic savedefault boot title Boot SliTaz root (hd0,11) kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.30.6-slitaz root=/dev/hda12 title Boot PUPPY root (hd0,9) kernel /boot/vmlinuz root=/dev/sda10 savedefault boot title Boot Windows root (hd0,0) makeactive chainloader +1 6.
