TinyMe and MCNLive
Hello,
Your "sister" MCNLive fron Neetherlands, also based in Mandriva is now rc1 version.
Have the same problem to try to connect to wireless: error
The difference is MCNLive have the ralink rt2860sta loadced in the kernel and I don´t need to add.
Sorry writing in this forum but I can not enter in MCNLive forum

RE: TinyMe and MCNLive
Mandriva builds the rt2860sta within the kernel as far as I know. I've started looking into fixing our own dkms package to work with newer kernels. Hopefully this will fix your problem.

RE: TinyMe and MCNLive
Yes, I agree with you about Mandriva but...TinyMe and MCNLive are not. Both comes from Mandriva but smaller (relly TinyMe comes from Unity-based but also from Mandriva core)...TinyMe don´t have the rt2860 built in and you need to "charge" in the correct carpet (rt2860.bin archive). MCNLive has built in but both have the same problem...wireless not possible and error as answer whebn you try to configure the wireless network.
I have an answer about TinyMe and I try the solution later.
I feedbaack to forum.
