Hi all.
Got a bit of a dilema with the new beta. I can run it fine in virtualbox, but i can't get the xserver to run from the live cd. I have tried safe-mode, safe graphics with vesa and standard boot options.

Anybody got any clue how I would get the gui up and running?

My graphics card is nVidia GeForce 8200m

the simplest way is when starting the livecd, at the grub (boot selection) screen press F3 for options and type the number 3

This will get you to the login screen but won't load the desktop.

Once there log in as root (password is "root")

Then type XFdrake (be careful here to use the capital letters where I put them) and select VESA for your card (you'll be able to try other drivers once you have a display running).

Once that's done, type

to start the graphical mode
