X fails to start
Okay, so I go to start my computer, and when it boots, it says "cannot start the X enviroment. Do you wish to diagnose the problem?" and I say Yes. Then I try the correct configurations and the X thing still can't start. So I quit and rebooted. This time it says"
TinyMe release 2008 (TinyMe) for i586
Kernel 2.6.18.8.tex6. lgc on an i686 / tty1
(none) login:

I can't log in as anybody on my computer, not even root!
The last thing I did with it is install the windows emulator with Synaptic. Could you help me?

Re: X fails to start
Sorry, but the old PCLinuxOS-based releases just don't work any more and I'm focusing on the Unity-based release series instead.

Please check the Release Announcement before reporting any issues!
Please read the Usage Rules before posting!
Check out the FAQ!
