Some PC's need small distros
I have been given a Dell GX280 SFF in need off severe TLC,
P4 2.8 256 Ram 8mb shared video ram Tiny Me is the only OS that will install on it in GUI mode,and to say totaly flies on it. Thanks for this great distro. |

I'd say that's a fairly new computer -I ran the heavier PCLinuxOS on a 1 Ghz machine and was happy- but I'm very happy you're using TinyMe!

I am running TinyMe on 1998 compaq presario laptop with 32mb+128mb expansion ram and k6-2@450mhz. Bios gives options for 2-4-8mb video. Tiny looks good with 4. Now I just need to get 1.1 usb wifi adapter and figure out how to get it working
